Father Fitz builds a hat for a volunteer to remind us of our unique gifts given for service to others.

Our mission is simple. We want to encourage people to discover, celebrate and use their unique gifts in the Lord’s service. 

Romans 12:1-3 is what our mission and ministry is based on. The verse:  

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will. For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you."

We believe that “in view of God’s mercy..” God loves us in Jesus Christ. This is a free gift, unearned and undeserved. While we were His enemy He made us His children and friends by forgiving us through His death and resurrection. What a gracious and awesome gift! 

We also believe that “offer your bodies..” means that God wants us to give Him back everything we have. Sometimes we're not sure how God might use them -  like juggling, a keen mind for physics, an interest in computers, a love for animals, or….. but when God gives us these gifts, He has a plan in mind for us to help him to accomplish His kingdom work.
